Favorire il turismo in Abruzzo, ora più che mai.

Climate change due to greenhouse gas emissions, unfortunately still increasing, They are evident for all to see. environmental changes that impact on the territory, on agriculture and food production.

Few years ago, the study of a team of Australian scientists, French and German, ha legato ad essi anche il movimento delle placche tettoniche causa di terremoti (fonte).  Mah… di fatto viviamo una situazione di emergenza ambientale che gli enti predisposti dovranno essere sempre più pronti a gestire. Mentre scorrono le immagini dei tanti comuni coinvolti nei drammatici eventi degli ultimi tempi, penso alla bellezza e ai racconti che mi sono stati fatti su quelle terre che mi sono ripromessa di visitare. Una tipicità composta da moltissime varietà di legumi freschi e secchi, from herbs and vegetables, flavored with mixed pork, aromi e spezie. Un inno all’agricoltura nato dall’esigenza di fare scorte alimentari per l’inverno che accompagna i piatti di pasta, e che la tradizione celebra sulle tavole teramane ogni 1’ Maggio. Un appuntamento da segnare in agenda per conoscere questa preparazione e i territori da cui proviene.
